Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Mountain West Broadcasting, allots Channel 295A to Minatare, NE, as the community's first local aural service. See 64 FR 18871, April 16, 1999. Channel 295A can be allotted to Minatare without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 41-48-34 NL; 103-30-12 WL. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
