## Abstract

This document announces the approval of the two information collections contained in the Commission's decision published August 18, 1998. That decision discussed policies and amended the rules concerning the treatment of confidential information submitted to the Commission, including the showing to be made in a request for confidential treatment of information, and record keeping requirements for the Model Protective Order.
