Abstract
This document allots Channel 242A at Iowa Park, Texas, in response to a petition filed by Fred R. Morton, Jr. See 64 FR 39964, July 23, 1999. The coordinates for Channel 242A at Iowa Park are 34-01- 27 NL and 98-41-14 WL. There is a site restriction 8.3 kilometers (5.2 miles) north of the community. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 242A at Iowa Park will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
