## Abstract

This document determines the procedures to be used to process applications filed pursuant to the local broadcast ownership proceeding. In that proceeding the Commission relaxed these rules to reflect changes to the media marketplace. The purpose of this action is to resolve issues necessary to commence processing applications filed pursuant to our previously modified rules.
