## Abstract

This document revises the rule applicable to the antenna and equipment testing procedure of the collection of field strength data to determine television broadcast signal intensity at individual locations. The action was taken in response to petitions filed by DIRECTV and EchoStar in connection with the Satellite Home Viewer Act. This action is intended to allow for flexibility in testing and reduced cost to the public.
