Abstract
This document allots Channel 263A to Refugio, Texas, in response to a petition filed by WAB Broadcasting. See 63 FR 49683, September 17, 1998. The coordinates for Channel 263A at Refugio are 28- 21-00 NL and 97-16-30 WL. There is a site restriction 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) north of the community. Since Refugio is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the U.S.-Mexican border, concurrence of the Mexican Government has been obtained for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 263A at Refugio will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
