Abstract

NOAA, in cooperation with the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), revises the boundary of the northernmost Area To Be Avoided (ATBA) off the coast of the Florida Keys. This change to the boundary is expected to increase maritime safety and to avoid harm to the marine environment and its resources.
