## Abstract

NMFS is prohibiting retention of "other rockfish" in the Western Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska (GOA). This action is necessary because the 2011 total allowable catch (TAC) of "other rockfish" in the Western Regulatory Area of the GOA has been reached.
