## Abstract

This rule implements specifications and management measures for the spiny dogfish fishery for the 2013-2015 fishing years consistent with the recommendations of the Mid-Atlantic and New England Fishery Management Councils. The approved commercial quotas represent increases over status quo levels, and the possession limit is also increased.
