Abstract
NMFS is prohibiting retention of "other" rockfish in the Western and Central Regulatory Areas of the Gulf of Alaska (GOA). This action is necessary to prevent exceeding the 2023 total allowable catch of "other" rockfish in the Western and Central Regulatory Areas of the GOA.
