Abstract

NMFS issues this final rule to implement Framework Adjustment 11 to the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan (Multispecies FMP) and Framework Adjustment 6 to the Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery Management Plan (Scallop FMP). This action modifies a demarcation line in the current regulations that is used to monitor vessel activity. The intent of this action is to enhance enforcement capability.
