Abstract
NMFS is closing the directed fishery for Pacific ocean perch (POP) in the Eastern Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska (GOA). This action is necessary to prevent exceeding the POP total allowable catch (TAC) in the Eastern Regulatory Area.
