Abstract

NMFS issues this final rule to implement the approved provisions of Amendment 8 to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for the Summer Flounder and Scup Fisheries. Amendment 8 implements management measures for the scup fishery in order to reduce fishing mortality and to allow the stock to rebuild.
