Abstract
NMFS issues this technical amendment to remove expired regulations governing the small take of marine mammals incidental to conducting specified activities in the marine environment. This technical amendment is intended to provide the public with uniform, updated and streamlined regulations. This action is consistent with the President's Regulatory Reform Initiative.
