Abstract
NMFS issues this final rule to implement the Fishery Management Plan for Queen Conch Resources of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (FMP). The FMP restricts the taking of queen conch in or from the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) around Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) in order to restore overfished stocks.
