Abstract
This document contains corrections to final regulations (I.D. 020696B) that were published Tuesday, March 5, 1996 (61 FR 8490). The regulations related to Framework Adjustment 7 to the Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery Management Plan (FMP) that permanently reduced the maximum crew size from nine to seven.
