Abstract

NMFS issues this final rule to correct and clarify a section of the regulations implementing gear restrictions in the black sea bass fishery, which were implemented as a result of Amendment 9 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fisheries (FMP).
