Abstract
NMFS issues this final rule to implement approved measures contained in a regulatory amendment to the Fishery Management Plan for the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fisheries (FMP). This regulatory amendment revises the allocation and management of the commercial scup quota. As a consequence of this rule, NMFS further announces that no commercial scup quota is available for the States of Delaware and New Hampshire for the 1997 Summer period, which ends October 31, 1997.
