NMFS issues a technical amendment correcting minor errors in the regulations implementing the Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) Program for fixed gear Pacific halibut and sablefish fisheries in and off of Alaska. This action is necessary to correct a number of inadvertent errors in the regulations implementing the IFQ Program. The intent of this action is to improve the clarity and coherence of the IFQ regulations.
