Abstract

NMFS issues this final rule to implement measures contained in Framework Adjustment 22 to the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan (FMP) and Framework Adjustment 4 to the American Lobster FMP. This rule will close certain areas to specific gear types, thereby alleviating the gear conflicts in Southern New England.
