This final rule adds regulations implementing the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for the Atlantic Bluefish Fishery to the consolidated Northeast fisheries regulations at 50 CFR part 648. It also amends references to Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) collection-of- information requirements to reflect the addition. The purpose of this final rule is to make the regulations more concise, better organized, and thereby easier for the public to use. This action is part of the President's Regulatory Reinvention Initiative.
