## Abstract

NMFS issues this final rule implementing Amendment 10 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Atlantic Surf Clam and Ocean Quahog Fisheries (FMP). Amendment 10 establishes management measures for the fishery for small ocean quahogs (mahogany quahogs), which occurs off the coast of Maine, north of 43 deg.50' N. lat. NMFS announces that, as authorized in Amendment 10, the notification (call-in) requirements for vessels fishing under a Maine mahogany quahog permit are suspended.
