Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, and South Atlantic; Shrimp Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico; Final Rule; Correction

NMFS issues a correction to the final rule, published in the Federal Register on July 13, 1999, which established procedures for the testing and certification of bycatch reduction devices for use in shrimp trawls in the exclusive economic zone in the Gulf of Mexico. This action corrects a prohibition by adding a cross reference applicable to the South Atlantic shrimp fishery that was inadvertently omitted, corrects an amendatory instruction, corrects an erroneous cross reference in the DATES section, and corrects an erroneous acronym in Sec. 622.41(h)(3).
