Abstract

The final rule to implement measures contained in Amendment 9 to the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan (FMP) was published on Friday, October 15, 1999. The final rule contained an error in the numbering of a paragraph related to vessel and individual commercial permits. This document corrects the error.
