Abstract

NMFS issues final initial specifications for the 1999 fishing year for Atlantic mackerel, squid, and butterfish (MSB). Regulations governing these fisheries require NMFS to publish specifications for the upcoming fishing year that will prevent overfishing of these fisheries.
