Abstract

Projects needing support for toxicogenomic analysis include, a correlation analysis of mitochondrial dysfunction signatures upon chemical exposure from public database repositories; Benchmark Dose Database of Open TG-GATES data including biochemistry, clinical chemistry and hematology data; Tgmx liver and kidney analysis for the 20-chemical NTP Carcinogen study; DrugMatrix Plus data based has been used as a launching pad for data integration for CEBS and ODS; the continued development of BMDExpress 2.3 has been performed.
