Abstract

The Healthy Americas: All of Us Research Program initiative since July 2017, has implemented innovative and community focused efforts to enroll and retain participants, make data available to researchers, support research including partnered research studies, expand researcher access and impact, return value to participants, and support the development and operations of the All of Us Research Program (AoU). In the 2026-2027 program year Healthy Americas will expand efforts to support the AoU mission to accelerate health research and medical breakthroughs, enabling individualized prevention, treatment, and care for all of us. These efforts will focus on • implementing enrollment efforts for pediatric participants through family-based enrollment in AoU and supporting and re-engagement efforts through national and community-based efforts implemented by trusted community agencies and community health workers, • conducting community-based efforts with participants to re-engage them in the program and secure their active participation in activities that support longitudinal survey date efforts, • supporting partnered research studies through trusted outreach platforms to ensure studies reach their enrollment objectives in order to reach their scientific goals, • supporting participant return of value through community convenings to report back to participants on new research and demonstrate the impact of their contribution to AoU. In addition, Healthy Americas will conduct efforts to support the AoU program development and ongoing operations to meet the program’s mission for the nation.
