Discovery of novel synthetic IL-1 adjuvants

Abstract

To identify the optimal adjuvant for recombinant vaccines, and to identify correlates of protection against infection or disease, experimental vaccines will be formulated with a panel of different vaccine adjuvants and tested side-by-side for immunogenicity and efficacy.
