## Abstract

Project summary/abstract (Admin)
The state of Pennsylvania and its associated GenomeTrakr network has consistently met all
obligations of the Food and Drug Administration’s program since joining in 2016. The
team, led by Drs. Edward Dudley (Penn State) and Nkuchia M’ikanatha (Pennsylvania
Department of Health) have established effective standard operating procedures including
the use of controlled documents, to ensure the highest quality data is uploaded to the
Pathogen Detection database. This project also has the full backing and access to abundant
resources of both organizations, which will continue driving success.
