Abstract

Project Summary - Discipline B, Analytical Track 2 Human Food Testing The ISDH Chemistry Laboratory will work closely with the ISDH Food Protection Program (FPP) to test human food for metals, pesticides as well as 200 fruit juices for inorganic arsenic and at least 50 samples for heavy metals in spices and herbal products.
