Discipline D Special Projects Track 1 – Sample Collection As the regulatory sampling group for the State of Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health Food Protection Program will collect samples according to the proposed sampling plan to meet the requirements for the Human Food Product Testing tracks. The sample collection track will help supply the sampling group with supplies and pre-paid cards for food purchases.
