## Abstract

Track 4 -Whole Genome Sequencing 
Narrative 
Arizona is planning to continue as a founding member of FDA’s GenomeTrakr program 
through the continued sequencing of 400 isolates of Salmonella, E. coli, Campylobacter 
and Listeria monocytogenes per year. The Arizona GenomeTrakr collaborative (Arizona 
State Public Health Lab and the Translational Genomics Research Laboratory) will be 
able to achieve the desired quality assurance and coverage goals and have already 
identified greater than 1000 isolates of target organisms that can be considered for 
whole genome sequencing in this project.
