Abstract

PROJECT SUMMARY/ABSTRACT – ADMINISTRATIVE CORE The Washington University NORC Administrative Core promotes collaboration, growth and success within the NORC membership. The NORC Director, Associate Directors, Administrator, and Core Directors/Associate Directors, with governance by the Executive Committee, are responsible for monitoring and documenting the use of each Core, preventing overlap of funding for services provided, managing the budget, and making certain compliance and appropriate guidelines are met. The Administrative Core oversees the Enrichment Program, manages the Pilot and Feasibility Program, coordinates the Executive Committee and External Advisory Committee meetings, tracks publications and grants that were facilitated by NORC funding, manages and oversees the fiscal aspects of the NORC and reports annually to the NIH/NIDDK.
