# NINDS Human Cell and Data Repository (U24)

> **NIH NIH U24** · RUTGERS, THE STATE UNIV OF N.J. · 2020 · $36,203

## Abstract

As home of the NINDS Human Cell and Data Repository (NHCDR), RUCDR distributes iPSC and source
cells to the global scientific community. In addition to cell lines funded by NINDS, the NHCDR also stores
and distributes the only publicly available GMP iPSC line funded by the NIH. Since this cell line is critical
to the development of future clinical therapies, a portion of the cell line is stored at an offsite
emergency backup location at Lonza in Walkersville Maryland. This application is intended to support
this off site storage.
