## Abstract

The B Well Mom Study aims to increase understanding of factors that predict poor asthma control during pregnancy as well as to add to our knowledge of the basic immunology of pregnancy.
Analysis of collected biospecimens continues, with this project focusing on the general level of oxidative stress of subjects and the purification of nucleic acids from a variety of specimen types.
