Project Summary/Abstract
The Administrative Core provides leadership, management, and oversight of the National Center for X-ray
Tomography (NCXT). The Director will provide budget oversight for the entire project. In collaboration with an
External Advisory Committee (EAC) and the NCXT Resource Executive Committee (REC) will set the
program's scientiﬁc and technical goals. In particular, the Admin Core will ensure all milestones are met, assess
the other components' progress and effectiveness, and collate and report progress User metrics. The Admin
Core will also take responsibility for developing and keeping the Resource web site current.
