## Abstract

The scope of this task is to perform in vitro metabolism studies of test compounds by hepatic microsomes or hepatocytes from a variety of species for metabolic stability and estimate intrinsic clearance; archival maintenance; and administrative support.
a) The Contractor shall perform in vitro metabolism studies on three (3) compounds (to be identified) as described in Task #6 (Metabolic Stability) of the contract.
b) The Contactor shall provide study reports for each individual compound tested as described in the contract and as directed by the COR.
