# COMPREHENSIVE REAGENTS FOR IMMUNOPHENOTYPING RABBIT CELL-MEDIATED IMMUNITY.

> **NIH NIH N43** · DIGITAL PROTEOMICS LLC · 2020 · $540,608

## Abstract

The objective of this proposal is to generate reagents against immune cells including innate and adaptive immune cells, for comprehensive profiling of rabbit cell-mediated immunity. This is based on the need to expand the monoclonal antibody(MAb) repertoire for rabbit models of human infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and papillomavirus infection. The Offeror proposes to use two different approaches to make these Abs and to exploit several novel technologies to generate nanobodies that may be more marketable.
