## Abstract

SUMMARY
The Administrative Core of the Pan-Coronavirus Vaccine (PanCoVac) Consortium is responsible for organizing
and overseeing all administrative aspects of the research program. The overall goal of this research program is
to develop and evaluate novel antigens to elicit broadly protective antibodies against multiple coronaviruses.
This goal will be achieved through coordination with two Research Projects in the consortium. As Principal
Investigator of this program and the Administrative Core Lead, Dr. Yoshihiro Kawaoka will be responsible for
managing, coordinating and supervising all program activities. To ensure program success, the Administrative
Core will (1) provide a management and staffing plan that brings together a team with the appropriate expertise
to perform the proposed research and provides a framework for effective team management and coordination
and (2) provide and implement an organizational and administrative strategy that facilitates team collaboration
to achieve proposed goals and fulfill program requirements in a timely manner.
