Project Summary/Abstract
 The purpose of this application is to request administrative supplements to support childcare costs for
the NRSA-supported fellow, Alisa Garner. The fellow is requesting $7,500 in childcare costs over the remaining
29 months (2 years and 5 months) of her fellowship. The childcare will be for the fellow’s dependent child living
in her home, who is under the age of 13, and will be provided by a licensed childcare provider. The fellow is
requesting $2,500 for 12 months for the first budget period, $2,500 for 12 months for the second budget period,
and $2,500 for 5 months for the third budget period.
