## Abstract

Abstract
The NINDS Cell and Human Data Repository (NHCDR), housed at Infinity BiologiX distributes source cells
and iPSC to academic and for-profit researchers worldwide. The focus of this repository is to provide
the global scientific community with the highest quality cell lines for models of human development and
disease progression and for drug screening and toxicology. The NHCDR website serves as the portal for
both requesting cells lines and for housing data related to them. This application is to support whole
genome sequencing and mRNA-seq of iPSC generated from subjects with Frontotemporal Dementia or
Lewy Body Dementia and the dissemination of the resulting data through the NHCDR website. This data
will also be used to better understand genomic changes that can occur during the generation of iPSC
and the transcriptomic differences between independent iPSC isolates from a single reprogramming.
