## Abstract

ABSTRACT
This Administrative Supplement to the NIDA Clinical Trials Network: New England Consortium
Node is to support three specific concepts:
 1) Comprehensive Meta-Analysis of CTN Treatment Outcomes by Race and Sex
This project will perform additional meta-analyses examining whether/how race and sex
interact to predict likelihood of treatment success and likelihood of randomization into a
CTN trial versus screen fail. Exploratory analysis will be conducted evaluating how these
outcomes vary by ethnicity (i.e. Hispanic/Latinx).
2) Using Integrative Data Analysis to Examine the Impact of Psychosocial
Treatments for Black Cocaine Users Enrolled in the CTN
Using integrative data analysis of multiple CTN trials, this project will examine
comparative effectiveness and moderators of substance use disorder treatments for
 Black substance users.
3) NIDA CTN Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Registry Initiative concept
This project will establish a NIDA CTN Substance Use Disorder Registry to allow
investigators to follow substance users over time.
