Abstract

Statement of Work A study coordinator is being hired for the current R01 award and was originally budgeted for 35 hrs/week. For the supplement we will increase this to 40 hrs/week to (up to a max of 640 hours in years 2-4; and 600 hours in year 5). The coordinator will facilitate development of the FITBIR upload protocol in year 1, then ensure all data are de-identified, reformatted for upload, including using the GUID system for subject ID numbers. In years 2-5, the data coordinator will de-identify all data, convert data to FITBIR formats, and upload de-identified data collected across all sites to the FITBIR system semi-annually. The coordinator will also complete quality and assurance to confirm that uploaded data is in correct formats and accurate.
