NeuroFieldz is pursuing commercialization of NeuroDotVR, a portable wireless diagnostic system for neuro- visual disorders. The company is currently working on a Phase II SBIR project on early diagnostics for Macular Degeneration. NeuroFieldz has developed a carefully conceived commercialization plan to translate the NeuroDotVR technology to the marketplace. NeuroFieldz was recently the subject of a Needs analysis commissioned by NIH, that identified the strengths and weaknesses of the company. A central conclusion of the analysis was that while the company was strong in its technical portfolio, several steps needed to be implemented in order to make the company attractive to investors. This TABA supplemental request addresses some of the key next steps through the following tasks: Task 1: Develop detailed business and financial plans and forecasts. Task 2: Develop a detailed Valuation and Equity Strategy. Task 3: Develop strategic partnerships. This TABA supplemental project will enable NeuroFieldz to develop a strong business plan based on sound financial projections, create an investment and equity strategy that will attract equity investments, and establish key partnerships to accelerate commercialization.
