Abstract

This purpose of this contract is to procure sequencing reagents to perform large-scale, high throughput whole genome sequencing of post-mortem human brain samples in the NIH NeuroBioBank inventory. The reagents are chemicals and enzymes used in genome sequencing methodologies. The project goal is to characterize tissues at the DNA level, thereby creating a shared data resource for the neuroscience and mental health research community.
