Abstract

This research project seeks to create novel software to enable oncology providers to more easily identify cancer patients who could benefit from somatic, next-generation sequencing. It will also help providers interpret and explain results, which could alter clinical decision-making, including identifying potential therapeutic targets, ultimately improving clinical outcomes and enhancing patient-centered care.
