Abstract

The Developmental Therapeutics Program/DCTD utilizes the Drug Acquisition Initiative (DAI) to independently acquire gram quantities of all known therapeutic agents that are under human clinical development for the treatment of cancer. As part of the DAI the Drug Synthesis and Chemistry Branch periodically engages its contractors to synthesize gram quantities of select compounds. The Synthesis Target 1 Project is directed at the synthesis of a minimum of 5 grams of 1-(4-(benzylamino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)-2-methyl-1H-indole-4-carboxamide, designated as CB-5339 and NSC831868.
