Abstract

The objective of this contract is to carry out in vitro metabolism and permeability and in vivo ADME studies to support the medications development program of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). NIDA and NIDA sponsored investigators will use the data obtained for submissions to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in support of Investigational New Drugs (INDs) and New Drug Applications (NDAs).
