## Abstract

Abstract
This supplement will expand the AD Knowledge Portal (adknowledeportal.org) by incorporating new data being
generated by a high-value set of projects that are using complementary approaches to characterize the
molecular underpinnings of disease in individuals with AD from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds. Three
projects that are funded as part of the second phase of the Accelerating Medicines Partnership in Alzhiemer's
disease (AMP-AD 2.0) are generating new datasets to extend the discoveries of the parent AMP-AD grants.
These projects have a primary focus on diverse samples, and are examining gene expression at single-cell
resolution, evaluating peripheral proteomic signatures, and characterizing signals of immunosenescence. We
will support dissemination of these valuable research assets through the AD Knowledge Portal , which serves
as an NIH designated repository to support the NIA's strategic goal to propagate data sharing under FAIR
principles and to promote open science.
