Abstract

Project Summary/Abstract The AMP-RA/SLE program is developing genomic variants, transcriptomics, CyTOF, and histology data on disease relevant tissue from individuals diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. This proposal is designed to extend the work of the AMP-AD Data Coordination Center (AD- DCC) grant (U24AG061340) to support the coordination and dissemination of activities of the AMP-RA/SLE program. Specifically, this work aims to expand the access to resources being developed in the AMP-RA/SLE program by using the systems, processes and technology developed in the AMP-AD program to both increase within consortia sharing and broader sharing with the research community. Due to similarity in data structure being between collected in the AMP-RA/SLE program and the structure to the data currently being hosted through the AMP-AD program, a supplement mechanism was used to provide rapid support of AMP-RA/SLE1 (U24AG061340-03S3). This proposal builds on work done in the initial funding period to support the management of existing AMP-RA/SLE Phase I and Phase II resources by enabling upload of new Phase II data, expanding on features of the proposed Autoimmune and Related Knowledge Portal (ARK Portal), and by positioning the ARK Portal to accommodate requirements from the AMP-AIM program in the future.
